One of the founding concepts of Positive Energy Bands is one of improvement. Imagine if, every day, you improved at everything you did. Even if its an incremental amount each day, over the course of a month you will have accomplished so much to be proud of.
Simply ask yourself, How can I do this better today? Then, DO IT! =)
Some examples might include:
- How can I work more efficiently today?
- What is one way I can improve my relationship with someone?
- What else can I do to increase the quality of my work?
- What exercises would better help me shed a few pounds?
A helpful technique is to remind yourself throughout the day, with a Positive Energy Band, cell phone alert, or even a post it note, to improve at the things you do daily. Run that extra mile, save that extra dollar, and smile more.
